Privacy Policy

What we collect

To provide the service, Tempo collects:

• Your email address, used solely for authentication and service communications.
• The data you create — projects, clients, time entries, invoices, and tags.
• Basic usage information to keep the service running (server logs, error reports).

We do not collect advertising data, sell your data, or share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers listed below.

How we use it

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To store and retrieve the data you enter into the app.
• To send you service-related emails (account confirmation, billing receipts).
• To diagnose and fix bugs using anonymised error logs.

Infrastructure & sub-processors

Your data is stored on Supabase (database and authentication) and served via Vercel (hosting). Both are reputable providers with their own privacy and security programmes. We do not use any additional sub-processors that access your personal data.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from the settings page inside the app. For account deletion or any privacy-related request, reach out through the waitlist form on the home page — we will respond within 5 business days.

Cookies

Tempo uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify active users by email before the changes take effect.
